Who Qualifies To Get A Bursary Or College Student Loan From NSFAS?

The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) has officially opened the 2025 application process.

Applications are actually open and may shut on 15 December 2024.

To qualify for NSFAS funding, an applicant must meet the following requirements:

• Be considered a South African citizen or copyright who originates from a house by using a combined gross residence earnings that does not exceed R350 000 per annum.

• People with disabilities qualify if their combined domestic income doesn't exceed R600 000 per annum.

• SASSA recipients automatically qualify for funding and want not submit any evidence of income.

*** Loan Scheme for the Missing Middle

The NSFAS Loan Scheme for the missing middle is open 2025 nsfas application to all South African citizens and permanent people from households with combined R350 000 and R600 000 for every annum.

Applicants are reminded to offer the correct Id Document numbers, names, and surname, as mirrored of their South African ID.
